Just wished to take the time to say thank you to Kathy and Vicki for all the work behind the scenes to get the Xero system all up and running. And Vicki has been so responsive to answering and sorting out all our queries. She’s been great and we cant speak highly enough of her .

Thanks to Kathy Mitchell, my construction company that has been trading for ten years has been transformed into the sort of business that it should have been from the start.

I had spent five years in business trying to do it myself from the dusty pile of receipts jammed behind the seat. These were then badly organised onto a spreadsheet and never reconciled. My mum then brought me into the modern era as we moved to use an accounting software package for the next few years, but again this had many shortfalls and was still costing me large with accountant at the end of the year. As soon as Kathy took over the running of my books, everything fell into place. Everything balanced, debts were hauled in (where previously I didn’t know existed), the accountant barely needed a glance, and thanks to the Xero package, no more double ups or omissions.

Kathy is very well organised, structured, pragmatic and very good at saying what needs to be said, both to make good sense, and to say the big things that need to be said. She is driven, focused and time wise so always gets it done on time. I wish her well.
